Flight school dashboard

The dashboard shows you key information such as current weather at your base airfield and today’s flights. You can filter the table to show upcoming or past flights by aircraft, instructor or student.

Insight into your pilots

A user can associate themselves with your flying school, when they do you will gain access to their pilot records. As well as seamlessly tracking their aviation journey, you can append additional details such as an emergency contact. 

Add your fleet

Easily add your fleet of aircraft, you will assign these to flight bookings. You can set a colour per aircraft so you can easily identify aircraft availability in a busy calendar!

Add instructors

Add users who can access the flight school. Toggle who the instructors are and set their general availability, users toggled as an Instructor will be assignable to flight bookings.

Simple yet effective calendar

You can view your calendar by Day, Week or Month to see flight bookings. You can toggle between Aircraft and Instructor view to see availability of your resources. 

You can easily click to create a new flight booking as well as drag bookings to easily reschedule.
